I ordered this gorgeous arrangement for my Gma who would be missing her husband for the first time for Valentine's day. This arrangement was STUNNING! I was a 1st time customer, placing a premium order for Valentines Day. The delivery was a nice arrangement, but not at all what I was expecting based on the photo featured online. I realize that florist are running crazy at this time of the year, but called in upset anyway. Even though I probably came across as rude, the manager Pam was a true professional. She listened to my complaint, apologized for any errors, and had my arrangement swapped out within the hour. She did the impossible and the new arrangement exceeded my expectations. I knew nothing about flowers and had the most vague idea for my wedding...they absolutely blew me away!!! Great prices, awesome communication, and beautiful flowers and arrangements!!! They made everything so easy, they had tons of great ideas and suggestions for us, and everything turned out amazing! Highly recommend!
